‘Autumn’

1.     Go on a leaf scavenger hunt; how many different shaped leaves can you collect? How many different coloured leaves can you collect?  How many different size leaves can you collect?

2.     Can you collect any Fruit, seeds or nuts? (Don’t eat them, they may give you a tummy ache).

3.     Have you noticed any fungi (mushrooms and toadstools)? Don’t touch or eat them. They may give you a tummy ache and some are poisonous, but you can take a picture if you like.

4.     Play nature bingo https://osmaps.com/discover/guides/nature-walk-bingo-free-printable/  How many did you match?

5.     Take your treasures with you and use them in your craft projects. There are some good ideas on this website: https://www.britmums.com/autumn-leaf-crafts/

6.      Autumn is a time of year where nature gives us its fruit and then once more starts the work of growing next year's harvest, it can be like that for us as humans too.

“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven” Ecclesiastes 3:1

Looking back over your year, what are you grateful for? Thank God for the fruit you have seen in your life.

How would you like to grow in the coming year? Ask for God’s grace (help) to do so.
